The subjects I'm looking at this term is incorporating the ideals of wooden textures, natural forms and western and oriental fantasy, myths and legends, primarily from German 16th century and Japanese Ukiyo-e and how various styles of illustration and printing methods and styles have been developed from this as you look further on the 17th to 19th century. The final result, hopefully is to produce my own series of prints and sketches that have been influenced as a offshoot or tribute to the development of intercontinental art.
